1. Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures

By signing this document, I agree to use electronic signatures to sign documents and records provided by Mars Scuba. I understand that an electronic signature is as legally binding as a handwritten "wet" signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

2. Authorization to Retain Signature on File

I hereby grant Mars Scuba permission to capture and store a digital image or encrypted representation of my signature. I expressly authorize Mars Scuba to apply this stored signature to:

• Future internal forms and applications.
• Routine administrative updates.
• Training and certification-related documents (e.g., course completion forms, liability waivers).

I understand that this stored signature will be treated with the same level of security and confidentiality as my other personal data.

3. Right to Withdraw Consent

I acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw my consent to use electronic signatures or to have my signature kept on file at any time. Withdrawal of consent must be submitted in writing to info@marsscuba.com. Any withdrawal will be effective only after a reasonable period allowed for processing.
